Trader’s space information and conditions – 2023
- Proof of Insurance must be provided in accordance with your Application Form . Along with your table you will be provided with two chairs.
- Position allocation must be accepted by the trader.
- For safety reasons, no cartons or packing material is to be in front of any trade table Trading tables to be kept as tidy as possible at all times.
- Traders are required to set up their tables as follows – Saturday November 26 between 8.00 am and 10.00 am
- Traders are required to man their stalls from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturday November 25 and 10.00 am to 3.30 pm Sunday November 26 unless otherwise advised by the Committee.
- No power is available to the stall.
- No responsibility will be accepted by Albury Wodonga Doll, Bear and Hobby Show Inc for any loss or damage to displayed or saleable goods
- Screens or display boards are to be supplied by the trader.
- We encourage traders to book early to avoid disappointment. One table only is available per trader. Cost of one table $45.00 payable in full when returning your Application Form. Application Form and registration fee is to be paid by on or before Friday 30 October 2022
- Cancellations and refunds will be accepted up until two (2) weeks month prior to the show.
- Please note that NO LEAD PELLETS, kits or bears containing them are to be sold at the show.
- On the days of the Show traders are requested to unload their at the rear of the Goods Shed. Cars may be parked at the rear of the Goods Shed to free up parking for customers. Should you require assistance to move or collect your vehicle, please speak to a member of the committee who will be only too happy to assist you.
