Trader’s space information and conditions

  • Proof of Insurance must be provided in accordance with your Application Form
  • A table and two chairs will be provided for each trader
  • Position allocation must be accepted by the trader
  • For safety reasons, no cartons or packing material is to be in front of any trade table
  • Trading tables to be kept as tidy as possible at all times
  • Traders are required to set up their tables as follows:
    -Friday December 1st between 6.00pm and 8.30pm and Saturday December 2nd between 8.00am and 10.00am
  • Traders are required to man their stalls from 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday and from 10.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday
  • Screens or display boards are to be supplied by the trader
  • Extra lighting, if required, is to be supplied by the trader
  • No responsibility will be accepted by Albury Wodonga Doll, Bear and Hobby Show Inc for any loss or damage to displayed or saleable goods
  • We encourage traders to book early to avoid disappointment
  • Cost of one table for the two days will be as follows
    •  – Large table = $135.00 Medium table = $115.00
  • A deposit of $60.00 per table is required when returning your Application Form
  • Application Form and deposit is to be paid by on or before Friday 1st September 2017
  • Final payment to be received on or before Friday 10th November 2017
  • No money will be collected on the weekend of the show
  • Cancellations and refunds will be accepted up until one (1) month prior to the show
  • Please note that NO LEAD PELLETS, kits or bears containing them are to be sold at the show
